ECO-SUSTAINABILITY

General ecology
The outside air is pushed underground to a depth of about 100 m and then returned to the building which is heated in winter and refreshed in summer.
Thanks to the circulation of hot and cold water in walls and ceilings and to the insulation, energy requirements are reduced to 80% compared to a traditional building.
